Letter to My Past Self

Hello Kibali,

I know you’re probably nervous about going to Kode With Klossy and even taking the train by yourself! I know we’ve never been allowed to go out to a city by ourselves, much less take the train. I’m not going to tell you everything that happened, but doing this for yourself was quite literally one of the best decisions. You were able to go out of your comfort zone by getting better at public speaking, making new friends, trying new foods, and even tackling math concepts (even though it can be hard sometimes). It made you realize that you definitely want to go to school in a city, especially one that allows you to interact and experience life with people from different backgrounds. Lastly, Neema now wants to do Kode with Klossy because of you! Sometimes you might not think you might influence much, but they really look up to you. Enjoy your time and summer at camp and remember that life is filled and will continue to be filled with amazing memories and experiences :)
