I have only been apart of the KWK program for about a year, but within that short span of time, KWK impacted my daily life. Ever since finishing the NYC summer camp, I joined my schools computer club and took online courses where I could learn more about design. I've met so many friends from doing the summer camp, and overall I was able to connect with so many other people. Because I just turned 14, the girls in the program were much older than me, but they have acted as role models to me because they were so welcoming. I still am connected with the girls I met last summer and some of them I go to for advice. Kode With Klossy has significantly impacted my life, whether it's coding, or connecting with friends. I look forward to helping spread the word about KWK so other girls can have the same experience I had.

Since the program, my school life has been heavily impacted because I was so passionate about coding. I am in 8th grade, so I am not eligible for any internships in my area, but KWK has created a path I want to follow after school. I applied for my high schools UX/UI design program, and I am really excited to see where my coding journey takes me. In all, KWK has really helped me find my passions and it helped me realize what I really want to do in the future.
