Letter to my Future Self

Dear Future Me,

Hey, superstar! First off, I hope you’re living your best life, still chasing those dreams and making all the things you’ve imagined a reality. But let’s take a quick trip down memory lane and remember how far we’ve come. I bet you’re probably thinking, “Wow, I can’t believe I made it this far!” And honestly, I know I would’ve been so proud of the person you’ve turned into. I’m imagining you, juggling your work at Barclays (how exciting is that?!), diving deep into AI, and making waves in the tech world.

Remember how Kode With Klossy sparked this whole coding journey? It wasn’t just about learning to write code—it was about finding a space where you could combine tech with your passion for design and creativity. You’ve always loved fashion, and now look at you—probably working on AI projects that bring innovation to industries that matter. You've taken that KWK spark and turned it into something bigger. From Flexbox froggies to AI chatbots, I bet your code now is as stylish and impactful as ever.

Let’s talk about the real essentials, though. Is Taylor still your go-to for every mood? I hope you’re still blasting Red and 1989 (Taylor’s Version, obviously) whenever you need a pick-me-up. And please tell me you’ve found a way to incorporate Taylor Swift references into your AI projects. "You belong with me" could totally be the theme for your next chatbot, right?

And Lando Norris—do you still keep up with Formula 1 and root for him every race weekend? Please tell me you’ve been to a Grand Prix or two (or even better, met him in person—how epic would that be?). Are you still the biggest fan of Lando's incredible racing skills and those cheeky interviews? It’s not just about speed, it's about personality too. Hope you’re still keeping an eye on F1 updates, because I know that love for the sport isn’t going anywhere!

And speaking of racing through life—have you moved to a new city yet? Is it as cool as you imagined? I bet the energy of a new place is just the fuel you need for all your new projects. Oh, and tell me, do you still organize everything in Notion like a pro? Is your workspace just as perfectly organized as it was back at KWK, or have you upgraded it with some fancy new tools? I’m sure your digital life is running smoother than ever, but tell me—have you found any new hobbies or creative outlets that bring you as much peace as baking? Or maybe you’ve learned to bake even better cakes (did you master that new recipe?)

I want you to take a moment and look back at how far you've come. From a girl just getting started with coding, to now—coding, innovating, solving problems, and making a real difference in the world. And don’t forget to celebrate those little wins—whether it’s getting through a tough project or just finding joy in a freshly baked cake!

So, future me, keep being you. Keep learning, growing, and creating. Keep pushing boundaries and having fun with every line of code. And remember, no matter how far you go, don’t lose that sense of curiosity and the ability to laugh at the little things (like Wednesdays in pink).

P.S. Keep doing you—keep blending your creativity with your love for tech. And when life gets chaotic, don’t forget to bake, listen to Taylor, and cheer on Lando Norris. It’s all about that balance! With so much excitement for what’s ahead,

Sukanya ♡
